We have experience with working with Decadex paints which is a painting system that requires a primer then top coat, but guarantees a long lasting finish that will not crack/flake off.
All exterior masonry jobs are power washed before painting to ensure there is no dust on the building, this ensures the paint will stick to the masonry for much longer and not peel off after a time.
We use a spray machine on suitable exterior jobs, this is best suited for thick dash masonry where using a brush/roller will take much longer. The property is all masked off, Windows doors etc then sprayed to a perfect finish, saving time and money on the quantities of paint used.
